Jarvis Elekwachi is the Founder and Owner of Good Deeds Real Estate Investments and Development, a faith-based company committed to serving individuals and families with integrity, purpose, and personalized real estate solutions. With a professional background as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Jarvis brings valuable insight into the financial and transactional side of real estate, allowing him to guide clients with clarity and confidence.
In 2025, Jarvis had the opportunity to learn directly under seasoned investor Paul Lewis of PC Peak Development LLC, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the real estate industry. Through this mentorship, he developed a deeper understanding of how strategic investments and thoughtful solutions can positively impact communities.
Driven by faith and a desire to create meaningful change, Jarvis transitioned from a successful career into building a business centered on service over transactions. His approach is solutions-first and people-focused—recognizing that no two situations are the same and that every client deserves a path forward tailored to their needs. Today, he leads Good Deeds with a mission to glorify God while providing real estate opportunities that bring both practical results and lasting impact.
